Bruce grew up in a small farm town in Southwest Wisconsin. With the inspiration from parents and teachers, a great deal of luck and hard work, he made it through the engineering program at Wisconsin. Bruce joined Ford directly upon graduation, and met his wife within the first year. They raised three kids that they are infinitely proud of. Bruce's volunteering interests center around helping people improve their life trajectory, especially through helping kids discover the world of STEM.
